All SoulStone Designs orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia using Australia Post.

All items are handmade and packed with care. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 (3–8 business days)

• Express Shipping: $17.95 (1–4 business days)

• Free Shipping: Orders over $150

📍 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available every Sunday at Old Petrie Town (Mumford Barn). You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

✨ Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order is lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are outside my control. If your parcel is delayed or missing, I will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
