At SoulStone Designs, each piece is handcrafted with intention, care, and individual uniqueness. Because of the handmade nature of orgonite lamps and crystal products, slight variations, natural imperfections, and colour differences are expected and celebrated as part of their character.

We want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at contact@soulstonedesigns.com.au with photos of the issue. I will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.

Due to the energetic and handmade nature of these products, I do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Natural variations in crystals or resin

• Incorrect choice

• Custom or personalised orders

If the wrong item has been sent or your product arrives damaged, I will make it right as quickly as possible.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
