Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery:

 Please include clear photos of the issue and packaging.

I will happily offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Change of Mind

Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of SoulStone pieces, change-of-mind returns are not available.

However, if you’re unsure about a purchase, feel free to email me anytime — I’m always happy to help you choose the right piece.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made specifically for you and are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded if the parcel cannot be recovered.

Return Shipping

For approved returns (damaged/faulty), SoulStone Designs will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
