Returns Policy for SoulStone Designs

At SoulStone Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our orgonite lamps. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, we offer a straightforward returns process to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your orgonite lamp arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us  immediately, We will require a clear photo of the damage to initiate the return process. Please email the photo along with your order details to tracy@soulstonedesigns.com.au.
  • Return Shipping: For returns due to damage on arrival or faults, SoulStone Designs will reimburse return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit. We recommend using a reputable shipping service that provides tracking and insurance.
  • Return Shipping for change of mind purchases: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any  damage during transit. We recommend using a reputable shipping service that provides tracking and insurance.
  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify the condition of the item, we will process a refund to the same form of original payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
  • 30 day return policy – If you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund your purchase minus the cost of postage. It is the customers responsibility to return the item in the condition it was received, return postage is the responsibility of the customer

we send all our Orgonite lamps out  with SENDLE  – we use AUSPOST for all other items
